Overall, we are very disappointed with this order. Out of 300 custom bamboo whisks, 237 did not meet the quality standard of the sample we approved. Many logos were extremely faint or not visible, charms were missing, and several whisks arrived damaged or in poor condition. We appreciate Irish for being responsive and trying to assist us. However, we were disappointed with how upper management and the after-sales team handled the situation. The overall solution they offered was inadequate and left us feeling that they did not truly care about the impact this caused our business. We spent significant money and many hours inspecting every item, yet our concerns were minimized instead of properly addressed. Based on our experience, we recommend being very careful when ordering custom whisks from this supplier, especially in bulk.
